• Information about your chain – for 10mm- ISO or DIN standard
• Information about the hinge required for your installation

The price is 2600 NOK ex. VAT (Norwegian Kroner).
Payment via bank transfer or PayPal.

Shipping costs range from 500 NOK to 1000 NOK ex. VAT, depending on your location.

All international orders are shipped using DHL express.

Please note that VAT for orders outside Norway is handled by the carrier and may also be subject to additional taxes and import fees depending on your country.

For 10 mm anchor chain, there are two main standards: ISO and DIN.

To identify your chain, measure the internal link length “L”:

• 28 mm = DIN chain
• 30 mm = ISO chain

For reference:

• 3/8″ chain corresponds to 10 mm DIN
• 5/16″ chain corresponds to 8 mm chain

Safety, Legal & Compliance

Intended Use

ChainHelper is designed for guiding and supporting anchor chains during controlled handling operations.
It must not be used for lifting, load-bearing, personnel support, or any safety-critical application.

User Responsibility

The product must be installed and used by a competent person with appropriate mechanical knowledge.
Inspect before each use. Do not use if damaged or worn.

Misuse & Modifications

Any modification or improper use voids liability.
The manufacturer is not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or incompatible use.

Liability & Warranty

ChainHelper is provided “as is” without warranty, except where required by law.
Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product.

Safety Notice

This is not a safety device and must not be relied on to prevent injury or equipment failure.

Legal

Sold under Norwegian law. Mandatory consumer rights under EU law remain unaffected.
